Extracurricular Classes

LCA offers many choices for a la carte classes that allow each person to create a schedule that is right for him or her.  A La Carte is available for students enrolled full-time, as well as those who just want a couple of classes on our campus to supplement their current 7-12th grade curriculum. Offerings include physical education, Spanish 1 & 2, science, math, history, art, literature, government/civics, speech, music, robotics and piano..

Teaching students how to navigate the Bible, memorize verses, and be comfortable with talking about theological issues are goals for this class. We also aid memorization through the use of song. Sword Drills occur regularly to ensure the students can easily find the verses for which they are looking!

Music classes at LCA offer both learning and fun!  Students learn a variety of scriptures songs to carry with them throughout their life.  Students perform at our special events.

FAB Fridays offer students a variety of enrichment programs to help them learn real-life skills, explore new areas of interest, and become well-rounded individuals. See detailed information below.

 Master Gardeners from the community  work with our students on gardening projects in and around the school.  We are making plans to grow fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Master Gardeners official times will be coming soon.

Tutoring is available by the hour for both enrolled students and K-12 students who are not enrolled in LCA. Whether it's a one-time session, or on a continuing basis through the year, our experienced teachers can help your student succeed. Tutoring is available in a group setting, or one-on-one.
